We met a stray cat while we stay there. The cat was so friendly and loving. It visit us for 2 nights while we stay at the resort. If anyone see that cat please take care of it and give it some foods !!! The hotel staff was so understandable and allow us to have the cat stay around our villa. The staffs are very helpful and accommodating. They offer us new room to have better view if the room is available. Floating breakfast and romantic are available upon request but additional There’s a big temple nearby and scooter rental. It’s just 3 mins walk from the hotel.

A gem of a boutique resort (20 rooms) 30 - 40 mins North of the busyness of Ubud… beautiful property, grounds, pool, location & even more beautiful staff. (Special mention to Ardi, who was exceptional at running the front of house of Kailasha restaurant. Great breakfast, we ate many meals there (& participated in a cooking class with one of the chefs 😅) & they were all very good. Bonus points for complimentary afternoon tea, foot massage, fruit & shuttle bus to & from Ubud. Visit the beautiful temple nearby by foot & also walk the other way to the still traditional village of Sebatu. ❤️

We stayed in a private pool villa, which was lovely. The main pool and garden are also beautiful, and the staff is incredibly kind. I appreciated the kindness of the people and the fact that all the food is beautifully plated. However, the breakfast is not continental.

The grounds and building were amazing - it was a hidden jewel hidden amongst the verdant green rainforest. I was truely impressed. The other brilliant aspect of our stay was how we were treated by the staff. I cannot recommend this resort enough: if you stay here you will have an amazing experience. It is reasonably priced, the rooms are beautiful, the staff are wonderful and the food was A-Class. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you.

The room was better than the pictures and the resort is beautiful. Very clean and staff always happy to help! The staff were phenomenal and the food was well done. Would highly recommend the massage.

This resort is truly remarkable! With its stunning location and tranquil surroundings, it is an ideal destination for a vacation. The staff is exceptional, providing attentive and friendly service that enhances the overall experience. However, it should be noted that a light renovation is needed to maintain the resort's charm. While the existing facilities are still functional, some areas could benefit from updates and refurbishments. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this resort for its unparalleled beauty and the unforgettable experiences it offers.

Beautiful Private villa and plunge pool. Friendly, helpful Staff. Close to the temple. The location in the hills. Nice walks amongst rice fields and village of Sebatu. Peaceful

The staff were all very friendly and warm, making us feel at home. The resort is nestled within lush greenery and far away from the hustle and bustle, with tranquil surroundings and ability to give respite and reflections. Breakfast was great, and the spa massage relaxing. Front counter offered to help us book cab via GoJek when my Grab app could not locate the exact spot we need to go to.

Amazing place, beautiful nature and unique views! Extremely good attitude, service and kind staff! Our stay in Puri Ganga is unforgettable, especially our meeting with the driver Joe! Extremely good, talented ,clever and communicative, he helped us to discover amazing places in Bali and to we learned a lot and in general it contributed to our trip remaining like a fairy tale in our hearts!

Loved staying at Puri Gangga, the views from the pool are incredible and it truly feels like a luxurious oasis! The staff were so welcoming and accommodating from start to finish, and it felt so relaxing staying here as part of our honeymoon. Having a complimentary foot massage and free yoga class made it extra special!
